Prior to moving to Northern Michigan, owner Ron Skoglund worked for Telephone Support Systems in Farmington Hills, MI for over 17 years. Ron saw a need in the business communications marketplace for a solid resource in Northern Michigan and created his own Telephone Support Systems business based in Gaylord. Ron’s company has been successful offering customized solutions to businesses of all sizes.
Telephone Support Systems provides support for over 1000 customers in Northern Michigan. Our service department is available to you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Ronald Skoglund
Founder & CEO
Ron started in the telecom business in 1983 with the divestiture of the telecommunication industry. Ron loves hunting, fishing and all types of outdoor activities with family and friends.
Susie Skoglund
Vice President
Susie was hired into the telecommunications world in 1989. She worked for other software & hardware companies before moving to Gaylord in 1999 with Ron and their 2 children. She enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, kayaking, boating and spending time with their 2 dogs.
Dan Morris
Technical Engineer/Service Manager
Dan started in telecommunications in 2000 with Heritage Telecom. He loves animals and owns a mini farm with his wife Mandy. He enjoys riding his motorcycle, camping and the outdoors.
Mark Piasecki
Voice/Data/UC Systems Engineer
Mark started with Heritage Telecom in 2011. Mark's interest in technology started at a very young age. He enjoys camping, being outdoors, cooking, and spending time with his 2 boys.
Krystal Donajkowski
Administrative Assistant
Joined Alpine Professional Answering Service in 2003; which was acquired by Ron & Susie Skoglund in 2007. Over the years I have advanced with APAS and started to blend into the Heritage family in 2014. I love Northern Michigan and I have enjoyed living in Gaylord, MI for most of my life. I am blessed with my husband Marty and our 3 beautiful children. I am happiest when I am camping, traveling or spending the day at the lake.
