How do I change the time on my phone?
Changing Your System...
Please call our main office if the instructions listed below are not working for you.
Change the time on your Avaya/Partner Systems:
The customer can be on the phone talking to you from ext. 10 or 11
Press the Feature button and then 00
Press the left Intercom button 2 times
Enter #103
Enter time in military format (Example: 0922 for 9:22am or 1415 for 2:15pm)
Press the Feature button and then 00
Change the time on your Toshiba phone (older models):
From station 10 or 200, depending on your extension setup
Press the Intercom button and then #652
Enter the time in military format (hour, hour, minute, minute, second, second)
Press Redial
Press Speaker
Change the time on your Toshiba phone (model 3210 & higher):
No need to be at a specific extension
Press Hold *#*#1*2*3*
At the Password Prompt, enter 0000 and Hold
At the Program Prompt, enter 902 and Hold
For the Date, Press Intercom: Enter date in yymmdd format (March 12th=070312)
For the Time, Press Line 1: Enter time in hhmmss format (9:33:16=093316)
Press Hold
Press Hold again and then ##Hold
Change the time on your Nortel phone:
Press the Feature button and then **8463
Enter the password: 23646
The hour will appear in the display with CHGE and NEXT
Follow the prompts to change the time. No need to use military time because the system will ask for AM or PM
